The GMB London Region are now able to offer a clinical negligence service to our members who may have been affected by a
medical error or mistake.
These claims arise if you have been injured as a result of:
- poor medical treatment received from your GP
- a Hospital
- Private Consultant or Dentist
Poor medical treatment can arise due to failures in diagnosing or treating a condition or injury, prescribing the wrong medication, making a mistake during surgery or even due to failures during childbirth.
Claims can also arise through contracting hospital acquired infections such as MRSA and C-Difficile.
If you, a family member or friend have been affected by a medical error or mistake we can forward your case to one of Simpson Millar's experienced national clinical negligence teams who will provide advice on every case.
If there are reasonable prospects of success they will take on the cases on a no win no fee basis.
The scheme does not cover representation at inquests.
