Application for Legal Assistance
for Occupational or Personal Injury or Disease

This excellent service covers members and their partners for personal injuries that occur either in or outside of work. So if you have a fall at work or in the supermarket and suffer an injury, then you should apply for legal assistance to make a compensation claim.

You can either complete the form on line by clicking on the TU56 online or ring for a copy to be put in the post.

Your request will be forwarded make contact with you and assess your claim.
