Recruitment of new members into the union is the responsibility
of every member and union representative in the Region.
The vast majority of the 1,500 new members, who join
GMB London each month, join because a work colleague
gave them a form, sat them down and helped them fill
it in.
The Recruitment Team aims to encourage members and
stewards to focus on recruitment in their own workplaces
as well as undertaking direct recruitment in workplaces
where we have no members or organisation. |
